SENIOR LIVING WITH A MISSION

Skaalen Heights is a new three-story wood-frame RCAC facility located on the Skaalen Sunset Home property in Stoughton, Wisconsin. The site design faced challenges such as steep slopes and limited opportunities for stormwater management. The building’s landscape features a variety of ‘heirloom’ style plantings to complement the surrounding campus. Additionally, there are a couple of outdoor spaces for residents to use for recreational activities. Skaalen Heights offers 33 one-and two-bedroom apartments with luxurious amenities.
