What started as a Feasibility Study for the Police, Fire, and City Hall led to a new facility at a new location.

The new facility is two stories high and has a spacious 44,500 square feet. This area features 14,000 square feet dedicated to City administration, 17,500 square feet assigned to the police department, and an additional 8,500 square feet allocated for a comprehensive police garage.

Designed with the future in mind, it offers ample space for officer locker rooms, booking and interview areas, and training facilities. The building features durable and sustainable materials such as brick masonry, stone, and pre-cast panels, all supported by a robust structural steel framework. The roofing consists of cold-formed steel trusses topped with a metal roof that meets hurricane resistance standards, ensuring safety and resilience for the community it serves.
