At the Terre Haute site, we focused on civil engineering and landscape design that prioritized functionality, sustainability, and compliance. Our team took care of site layout, grading, utility coordination, and stormwater management. We also handled pavement design for heavy vehicle traffic, making sure everything followed local and state regulations to keep the project on track.
In addition to our core civil work, we created a landscape plan that enhances the site’s appearance while remaining durable and low-maintenance. The selected plants are well-suited to Indiana’s climate and contribute to improved stormwater quality. These plantings also enhance the employee patio by providing shade and screening. Our collaboration with the design-build team has resulted in the Terre Haute facility being a prime example of effective engineering and teamwork.
