The project consisted of two phases: The first was the construction of a 285,000 SF, 4-story, above-grade Condominium / Hotel. This included a 25,000 SF partial Basement and a 24,000 SF Lobby / Administrative / Common Area on the First Floor. There are approximately (160) condominium units. The estimated cost for this portion of the project was $31.35 Million.
The second phase involved the construction of a 60,000 SF Indoor Waterpark with an adjoining Outdoor Waterpark and Spa, a partial second story and basement, and future expansion to the South. The estimated cost, excluding the water features, was $10.8 Million.
