Spencer has over 14 years of experience designing and managing HVAC and plumbing systems for many types of projects, including Healthcare, Higher Education, Municipal, and Correctional. He has specialized in HVAC design for most of his career in these various project sectors. His variety in project work has allowed him to see many systems and applications for each of these different sectors, giving him a well-rounded approach to each new project. In addition, Spencer has been involved in project design and development, managing large-scale HVAC projects. Spencer is part of the senior MEP design team assisting with design concept creation, project management, and assisting in the development of junior staff.
