The two-story building covers approximately 19,000 SF of banking space and a 10,000 SF enclosed parking garage. The building features high-efficiency systems, using variable air volume technology for efficient cooling and ventilation, supported by exhaust systems, and managed through an advanced digital control system.
The landscape architects at Harwood worked with the client to balance their needs while also meeting the city’s requirements. The landscape enhances the site and building architecture and creates a cohesive design/transition along the street frontage between neighboring properties.
A notable design aspect is the LED “pinstriping” featured in the Nicolet green color that outlines the various roof overhangs. This element highlights the brand and combines traditional and contemporary styling, thus creating a recognizable focal point in the community. On the inside, LED lighting fixtures were selected that provide the necessary task lighting and are well coordinated with the linear design style, with none more apparent than the linear fixtures tucked between the wood slat baffles used throughout the facility.
