Over a span of four years and counting, Harwood has created a trusted relationship with the college by providing multiple services in an efficient and timely manner. Our electrical department provided extensive lighting and electrical services throughout, as well as security, telecommunications, fire alarm and security door access systems. Complete replacements of multiple HVAC systems were implemented, as well as new plumbing for restrooms, office and classroom spaces. The civil department met the stormwater management needs of the campus by creating multiple wet retention and bio-infiltration basins. The Structural department provided condition evaluations of structural components and evaluations and modifications of existing buildings for remodeling projects on the campus.
