The exhibition space is recessed into the side of a hill at Jones Park. By taking advantage of the site’s natural slope, the architectural design team was able to successfully provide an outdoor rooftop plaza, while embracing the stunning views overlooking the adjacent Jones Park – which is also being improved as part of the project.
The flexible design allows for multiple uses. The Exhibition Center space is divisible and can be used as one big event space, or as two or three separate spaces. To one side of the main event space will be a pre-function area where people can retire during breaks from presentations, or where vendors can set up exhibit booths.
