The 11,000 SF restaurant and bar in the Poconos Mountains, PA has a modern décor yet maintains its comfortable casual family atmosphere.
Mechanical system concepts similar to the Double Cut restaurant in Wisconsin Dells, WI included packaged rooftop units, gas makeup air systems, kitchen exhaust systems with the hoods, fireplace venting, controls, and natural gas from the resort but sub-metered for the restaurant.
Plumbing design included interior plumbing with rough-in of utilities to the kitchen, and a performance specification and construction administration for fire protection.
The electrical design included lighting, power, A/V coordination and fire alarm.
The Lighting Design included decorative fixtures and small aperture downlighting to complement the architectural atmosphere. Cove and accent lighting of the architectural features and displays add depth and create unique focal points throughout.
