Constructed in 1955, the City Hall building was first expanded to a police station in 1964 and later with an addition to the police station in 1994.

A leaky roof and terrible energy efficiency pushed the team to dig into a full facilities analysis. The goal? Pin down building and system needs. The findings were clear: replace City Hall and expand the police station with a practical, enclosed parking garage. To keep things streamlined, the project added a new indoor garage and a secure sally port while keeping the station itself compact. The garage now offers 20 vehicle spaces, a shower, a toilet, kennel/storage, and dedicated spots for maintenance and vehicle evidence storage.
