The existing sanctuary at the Brookfield Christian Reformed Church was too small and forced the congregation to have two services on Sunday. Zimmerman was hired to complete a master plan of their facilities. The result was a new 21,000 SF facility including the following:

• 800-seat sanctuary, expandable to 1,000
• Narthex and four dividable meeting rooms
• Conversion of the existing sanctuary into a youth center
• Daycare – three rooms
